We are so thankful for the experience we had at Washington Vision Therapy.  Before we knew our daughter needed vision therapy, homework was such a frustration for me and for her!  She would take hours to get it done when it should have taken 30 minutes.  She would complain about reading every time and would be so tired after 3 minutes.  I assumed she was just being lazy.  Every year, she was falling more behind in her reading level.  When we found out she needed vision therapy, I felt so bad because she was working harder than any of us to read because the words were jumping around and she was seeing double.

We did 40 weeks of vision therapy and the results have been incredible!  Just during the 40 weeks, she jumped up two reading levels and was not complaining any more.  Now I will find her reading without me making her and she is not tired all the time.  She is on target now and has no trouble keeping up.  Our daughter loved working with James and she looked forward to her appointments every week.
